1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Scoryo application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Scoryo. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP and login credentials.
• One person may register one account per phone number.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal activity.
• Submit false, misleading or offensive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or tamper with the App.
• Impersonate another user, team or organisation.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App.

5. Content Ownership

Match scores, team data and other content you create remain your property. By submitting content to Scoryo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute it within the App and associated marketing materials.

6. Account Deactivation & Deletion

• You may deactivate your account at any time from the Profile screen.
• Once deactivated, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days.
• If you log in again within those 30 days, the deletion is cancelled automatically.
• After 30 days of inactivity following deactivation, the account is permanently closed and cannot be recovered.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent activity, without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Scoryo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss during scoring.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India.
