When you use Scoryo, we may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Phone number, name, profile photo, date of birth and gender you provide during registration.
• Usage Data: Match scores, tournament data, team memberships and in-app actions.
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, push notification tokens and approximate location (with your permission).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the scoring and tournament management services.
• To send you push notifications about match updates, team invites and account activity.
• To display publicly shared match scores and tournament standings.
• To ensure security, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Firebase) for hosting and notifications.
• Payment processors (Cashfree) if you make in-app purchases.
• Law enforcement if required by applicable law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you deactivate your account, your data is permanently deleted after 30 days unless you log back in during that period. You may request earlier deletion by emailing admin@scoryo.io.

5. Your Rights

You may:

• Access your personal data via your profile in the app.
• Correct inaccurate data by editing your profile.
• Delete your account from the app (Profile → Deactivate Account).
• Opt out of marketing notifications via device settings.

6. Security

We use encryption at rest and in transit, secure key management and access controls. Phone numbers and emails are stored with deterministic encryption for lookups and AES-256 for at-rest confidentiality.

7. Children's Privacy

Scoryo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us at admin@scoryo.io.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
